BATTERY CHARGERS

PATCO manufactures battery charging systems spanning the chemistries employed in secondary batteries.  These products are available for single battery charging, multi-station portable tactical ruggedized battery charging and multi-station bulk battery charging.

Through a proprietary method of control, PATCO’s engineering group developed a technique of feeding back control information from the battery management chip to control a primary switching circuit producing the low voltage power for the battery. This approach eliminates much of the heat that would have to be dealt with by conventional approaches.

Many of PATCO’s charging solutions are designed and manufactured with SMBus smart charging-level 3.
